- ½ scoop Soulfuel unflavored protein powder
- ¼ cup blanched spinach
- 150 ml water
- 2-3 pitted aamla
- 5-7 mint leaves
- ¼ inch piece ginger
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
