RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (Nutrition Products)

Purchases made from the official Soulcore online store (www.soulcore.in) cannot be returned once delivered, due to food safety and hygiene protocols.

However, we offer a full replacement for products that are damaged in transit or delivered in an unusable condition.

Replacement orders are issued after our support team validates the issue through email, call, or WhatsApp.

  • Replacement or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Queries raised after 10 days from the delivery date will not be eligible.
