At Soulcore, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

And a fee of ₹99 on orders below.

We ship through trusted and reliable courier partners and/or Speed Post services. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timelines provided at checkout, Soulfuel is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to reasons such as limited courier accessibility, remote locations, or unforeseen events (force majeure), we will inform you, cancel your order, and issue a full refund.
