Banana Coffee (banoffee) smoothie with chia seeds

~190 kcals | 19g protein

  • ½ scoop Soulfuel whey coffee protein powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 1 medium (pitted) date
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml skimmed milk

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, and garnish with extra chia seeds.
