Protein-rich paneer toast

Ingredients:

  • 40g paneer, crumbled
  • 1 slice of brown bread
  • ½ scoop protein powder (unflavored)
  • 30g hung curd
  • ¼ cup chopped vegetables (such as capsicum, spinach, or tomatoes)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chaat masala (or other spices)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Spread it on a slice of bread, cover with a lid, and toast it on a non-stick pan until the bread is golden and crispy. Serve warm.
